“Healthy back and back bone” program

Spinal osteochondrosis is a widespread problem of people of any age. Hypodynamia of the modern life style (sedentary lifestyle), as well as microtraumas occurring, when people do not change their body positions over time, are contributing factors to lead to chronicity of processes, formation of lasting and persistent pain syndrome with further protrusions and spinal disc herniation. The “HEALTHY BACK AND BACK BONE” program is based upon such modern procedures as instrumental physiotherapy, postural therapy, massage and therapeutic exercises to provide for lasting clinical effect for long periods of time. The program is recommended to patients with subacute processes.

DAY 1

From 14:00 Check-in at the “Peresvet” park hotel (for a hotel stay)
15:00 Appointment with a specialist of the health-care center and hotel tour
1 procedure: Orthobiodynamics, back pain and headache management with use of German and Austrian medical equipment (45 minutes)
16:00 Walk in the forest area
16:30-17:30 Riding a bicycle / skiing / fitness room exercise (depending upon a season and subject to additional charges)
18:00-21:00 SPA + swimming pool
20:00 Dinner (subject to additional charges)
Good and healthy sleep

DAY 2

8:30-9:30 Breakfast (subject to additional charges)
9:30-10:30 Consultations
10:30-11:30 Oxygen chamber (45 minutes) or health bath
13:00 Lunch (subject to additional charges)
14:00 Rest, fresh air and exercise
16:00-18:00 Free time
18:00-21:00 SPA + swimming pool
1 procedure: sauna + salt spa therapy room assisted by a specialists (50 minutes)
20:30 Dinner (subject to additional charges)
21:00 Walk about the night park hotel grounds
22:00 Good and healthy sleep

DAY 3

08:00-09:00 Breakfast
10:00-11:30 Medical consultations
Appointment with a physiatrist
11:30 physical therapy (procedure by medical prescription only)
12:00 Check-out (upon a stay the hotel)
