PROGRAM PURPOSES:

• prevention of acute respiratory diseases
• relaxation and restoration to health
• physical therapy
• hypersthenia and activity increase

DAY 1

• from 14:00: Check-in at the “Peresvet” park hotel (for a stay at the hotel with parents)
• Appointment with a specialist of the health-care center
• Mineral water inhalation procedure (10 minutes) + oxygen cocktail
• 16:00 Walk in the forest area
• 16:30 – 17:30 Riding a bicycle / skiing / fitness room exercise (depending upon a season and subject to additional charges)
• 18:00 – 21:00 SPA + swimming pool
• 20:00 Dinner (subject to additional prices)
• From 22:00 Good and healthy sleep

DAY 2

• 08:30 – 09:30 Breakfast (subject to additional charge)
• 09:30 – 10:30 Appointment with a specialist
• 10:30 – 11:30 Oxygen cocktail + contactless hydromassage – 20 minutes, chromotherapy (Bioptron) – physical therapy (10 minutes by medical prescription)
• 13:00 Lunch (subject to additional charges)
• 14:00 Rest, fresh air and exercise
• 16:00 – 18:00 Spare time
• 18:00 – 21:00 Dinner (subject to additional charges)
• 21:00 Walk about the night hotel grounds
• 22:00 Good and healthy sleep

DAY 3

• 08:00 – 09:00 Breakfast
• 10:00 – 11:30 Appointments with specialists
• Appointment with a doctor of physical therapy
• 11:30 Chromotherapy (Bioptron) – physical therapy (10 minutes by medical prescription) + oxygen cocktail
• 12:00 Check-out (if accommodation)

Program costs:

1500 RUR/ child 5 – 14 years

Additional offers: healthy baths (therapy tanks), simulated sunlight in the swimming pool, relaxing massage (according to the price list of SPA and medical services).
