Fitness

You are welcome to fitness trainings run by an experienced fitness instructor with a long record of service.

Training days:

Monday (or, occasionally Tuesday)
19:15 (“Peresvet” park hotel) – series of exercises for various sets of muscles, weight training, cardiovascular exercise, Tabata Squat, flexibility
20:15 Pilates – series of exercise to strengthen the body, build-up muscles, correct the posture, improve balance and coordination.

In addition to that, the package of exercises improves functions of any organ and system of the human body, blood circulation and strengthens ligament.
